Danyl Romanov is a commercial leader with years of experience in B2B sales across the IT sector, spanning technology products and services and different go-to-market models.

As Head of Sales and Customer Success, Danyl sits at the intersection of revenue, customers, and product. He leads new business and sales performance, develops strategic platform partnerships, and helps turn commercial and customer insight into decisions that shape the product.

Danyl joined OnlyMonster in 2024 to develop its business development function. At the time, the platform served around 500 teams. Today, OnlyMonster supports 2,000+ organizations across more than 100 countries. Alongside new business, Danyl leads the company's platform partnerships and represents OnlyMonster at major industry events.

As OnlyMonster has grown, so has its commercial function. Danyl has helped develop the business development team into a structured, data-driven function while building the operating systems that support its performance. The team has closed several hundred agencies and brought thousands of creator accounts onto the platform, achieving a win rate of around 73%.

Hanna Peresunko is a human resources executive, experienced in building teams and people functions for growing technology businesses. At OnlyMonster, Hanna leads the company's people strategy and works closely with the founders and senior leadership as the organization scales internationally. She is responsible for ensuring that OnlyMonster's organizational structure, talent, and culture develop alongside the business, building the team and working environment required for its next stage of growth.

Before joining OnlyMonster, Hanna built HR operations for fast-growing technology companies, including establishing an HR function from the ground up while supporting a business as it grew to more than 100 employees.

In her work, Hanna focuses on helping companies scale their organizations alongside their commercial growth, building the structures, leadership practices, and culture needed as teams expand. Over the course of her career, she has recruited more than 350 professionals and led teams responsible for recruitment, performance, development, and employee experience.

Yuliia Pilhui is a marketing executive with nearly a decade of experience building and scaling technology brands internationally. She specializes in positioning, go-to-market strategy, and growth, with experience taking digital products to market across Europe, North America, and emerging markets.

As Chief Marketing Officer of OnlyMonster, Yuliia leads the company's global marketing strategy and is responsible for building the brand and marketing function behind its growth as a CreatorOps platform. Her remit spans positioning, go-to-market, demand generation, and communications across more than 100 countries.

Before joining OnlyMonster, Yuliia led digital marketing for AI and SaaS businesses in Dubai and Switzerland, working across global brand strategy, product positioning, and market development. Alongside her in-house roles, she has advised technology and consumer businesses through her independent practice, working across sectors including AI, SaaS, and Web3.

Valentyn Nastenko is an infrastructure and security engineer with more than 25 years of experience across systems administration, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and security engineering. He has built and secured production systems for organizations ranging from local retail to US consumer platforms and international SaaS businesses.

At OnlyMonster, Valentyn leads the Infrastructure & Security team and oversees the platform's cloud infrastructure, delivery pipelines, security, and data-protection practices, including vendor reviews and incident response.

Over his career, Valentyn has developed expertise in building reliable, secure infrastructure for business-critical systems. Before joining OnlyMonster, he worked as a DevSecOps engineer responsible for security at a US consumer fundraising platform handling payments and personal data at scale. His approach combines operational resilience with security by design, prioritizing threat modeling, secure defaults, and practical enforcement.

Halyna Halkovska is a customer success leader with experience building and scaling customer support departments within international companies.

Halkovska joined OnlyMonster a year after its founding to build its support function from the ground up. She assembled the first team, designed the core processes, and set the standards for how the company communicates with and supports its customers as it scales.

Today, as Head of Support, she leads the department's development, with a focus on a high-performing team culture built on mutual respect. She sees customer success as the company's ultimate objective, rather than simply a metric to be tracked. Her role is to build a support team that operates as one and makes that commitment tangible in every customer interaction: informed, responsive, and genuinely empathetic.

Her approach to support goes beyond simple problem-solving; she trains her team to look beneath the surface of every inquiry, treating each interaction as a valuable insight into the user's experience.

At OnlyMonster, Aliona Korolenko serves as Legal Counsel and Data Protection Officer, overseeing the company's legal and compliance posture, data protection, and intellectual property across its international operations as it scales its CreatorOps platform globally.

Aliona is an international lawyer specializing in corporate law, cross-border structuring, and private wealth, having represented ultra-high-net-worth clients and advised on M&A, trusts, foundations, and international tax planning. She has established and managed legal entities and corporate structures across multiple jurisdictions, including Cyprus, Switzerland, the UAE, the UK, Hong Kong, and the Baltics.

Trained in corporate, digital, and crypto law, she pairs traditional legal expertise with focused expertise in data protection and GDPR compliance, giving her a rare fluency across both established and frontier regulatory environments. She holds diplomas in international taxation and financial analysis and has worked across Europe, the Middle East, and Ukraine.

Andrew brings experience in creator-tech products, with a deep understanding of communication, monetization, and operational workflows in the creator economy.

Since 2023, he has focused on building AI-powered products and applying LLMs to real product workflows. His experience spans conversational AI, translation, personalization, AI-assisted creator profiles, model orchestration, and AI safety. He works across the full product cycle — from identifying opportunities and planning features to defining requirements, testing models and prompts, launching betas, and iterating based on customer feedback and production results.

At OnlyMonster, Andrew leads AI product initiatives, including Mimic AI, AI-powered translation, AI Gateway, reply generation and personalization, and AI safety systems. He works closely with engineering and customers to define product behavior, prioritize development, evaluate AI quality, and turn new model capabilities into scalable product features.

His product philosophy is that AI should amplify human talent rather than replace it — removing repetitive work, expanding what people can do, and giving them more leverage to focus on the work where human judgment and creativity matter most.

Tymofii Tverdokhlib is a backend engineer and tech lead experienced in building high-load distributed systems across crypto fintech, digital marketing, and the creator economy.

At OnlyMonster, Tymofii leads the team responsible for platform connectivity: account authentication, session management, creator-platform integrations, and the traffic infrastructure that keeps thousands of creator accounts reliably and securely connected as the product scales.

Before joining OnlyMonster, he developed backend architecture for crypto-fintech products, including real-time asset-tracking and fundraising platforms with KYC and AML verification, as well as a multi-tenant B2B affiliate-marketing platform. His work has covered distributed architecture, real-time data processing, AWS serverless infrastructure, analytics, and compliance-focused legacy modernization.

His engineering philosophy is about balance: knowing when a feature must ship fast and when it must be built to last.

Alexandr Shevchenko is a backend engineer and engineering lead with more than a decade of experience building distributed systems and real-time integrations across e-commerce, healthcare, browser games, fashion retail, and social platforms.

At OnlyMonster, Alexandr leads a cross-functional product team of backend, frontend, and QA engineers. He oversees planning and delivery, the architecture of the team's services, engineering standards, and team development, with a focus on the platform's real-time and automated messaging systems.

His background includes software engineering, Linux systems, and malware analysis, with experience in reverse engineering, assembly, and Windows executable internals. Throughout his career, he has led product and outsourcing teams, delivered complex projects under changing requirements, and built development processes, hiring practices, and growth plans for engineering teams.

Volodymyr Avilov is a software engineer and team lead with 15 years of experience in backend engineering and a more recent focus on data engineering and analytics.

At OnlyMonster, Volodymyr leads the team building the company's customer-facing analytics. He has designed the data-processing layer behind its attribution systems, optimized TimescaleDB for analytical workloads, and built a new data-ingestion pipeline to support more accurate reporting. He now leads a team of seven and owns the technical direction of OnlyMonster's data and analytics systems.

He holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Odesa Polytechnic National University. In 2017, he joined Lohika, then a Ukrainian software engineering company serving global technology clients, and worked on PagerDuty — the US-listed platform businesses use to manage and respond to critical digital incidents. He spent six years on PagerDuty through Lohika before joining the company directly as a Senior Software Engineer, where he grew into a team lead role and built a distributed rate-limiting service in Elixir and Amazon SQS, along with the architecture for third-party integrations.

His focus is data engineering: how information moves reliably through a product, and how to choose the right storage architecture for each question the business needs to answer.
