18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

OnlyMonster (operated by OMLAB DIGITAL LTD) is a software platform that provides management and automation tools for content creators. OnlyMonster is not the producer (whether primary or secondary) of any content managed, distributed, or published through its platform.

All content processed through OnlyMonster originates from independent creators. Records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 37 C.F.R. 75.1 et seq. are maintained by the original producers of such content and/or by the third-party platforms on which such content is hosted.

Age Verification

OnlyMonster does not independently verify the age of content creators or individuals appearing in any content.

OnlyMonster exclusively onboards creators who are already registered and age-verified on third-party platforms (such as OnlyFans, Fansly, and others). Age verification and identity documentation for all creators and performers is the sole responsibility of those platforms in accordance with their respective terms of service and applicable law.

OnlyMonster does not accept, store, or process any identity documents or age verification materials.
